Your Arts Award Advisor will guide you through all levels of this award. We will provide suggested activities or you can follow the guidelines and create your own activities.

Overview only. Please do not start your Arts Award without Advisor assistance and guidance. Final pieces of work will not be accepted without the correct evidence to support them.

Part A1 & A2

• I̲d̲e̲n̲t̲i̲f̲y̲ ̲a̲r̲t̲ ̲f̲o̲r̲m̲s̲ ̲i̲n̲ ̲y̲o̲u̲r̲ ̲l̲i̲f̲e̲ ̲(t̲hree ̲o̲r̲ ̲m̲o̲r̲e̲) Activity ideas are given. The aim of this activity is to encourage children to realise that the creative arts are not just about 'painting and drawing' but that art exists in many forms such as dance, music, pottery, design, writing, drama, poetry etc.

• Participate in arts activities. The aim of this activity is to encourage children to try and experience taking part in different creative art forms.
